WKSU Free Movie Showing

For years, WKSU has offered Northeast Ohio the best in Classical music and public radio news and entertainment programming. Now, on-line listeners will have even more options. The open roads of the “Information Superhighway” are allowing WKSU to spread out, offering three distinct ways to access your favorite programs. At the office, at home or anywhere that you have access to the Internet, click on your preferred channel and hear broadcast quality sound 24-hours a day.

WKSU On Air continues to stream the schedule of shows heard over the radio at 89.7 and through repeater stations in Wooster, Thompson, New Philadelphia and Norwalk. Weekdays, enjoy NPR and classical music, with folk music and shows like Car Talk and A Prairie Home Companion on weekends.

WKSU 2 - The News Channel creates a full day of shows focused on news and information. WKSU 2 allows newshounds the ability to keep in touch regionally through stories from WKSU's award-winning newsroom aired during NPR's Morning Edition and All Things Considered while adding insight from programs including The World, Day to Day, On Point and news from the BBC. Listeners will also have the option of more informative shows on the weekends with live BBC reports and a Sunday line-up that welcomes Only a Game, The Tavis Smiley Show, Motley Fool, To the Best of Our Knowledge and more.

WKSU 3 - The Classical Channel offers music lovers a full day of symphonies and concertos, orchestras and string ensembles representing the spectrum of classical music. WKSU fans will still enjoy sharing time with their favorite hosts and be introduced to new on-air personalities who join in their love of music from Mozart, Beethoven, Bach, Schumann, Tchaikovsky, Copland and other composers whose works have passed the test of time. Whatever you prefer, news, classical or a programming mix, the WKSU on-line channels provide you with the public radio you most desire when it's most convenient for you.
