Oberlin may adopt sanctuary law

Federal immigration officials will get no help from police or city officials in Oberlin if city council adopts a no-assist law.

We are forming a group to attend Oberlin City Council meetings and tell the city council that this area (Lorain County in particular) doesn't want to become a sanctuary for lawbreakers. If you want to join us, we will be attending city council meetings when we can, but particularly the one on December 1st. The city council will vote on this December 15th. Message me here if you want to go and I will post a throwaway email where you can contact us.
