Ohio senators keep heat on Treasury for auto bailout Wednesday, November 19, 2008
The bill calling for a $25-billion federal auto industry bailout seems to be floundering in Washington. But legislators from auto industry states like Ohio keep pushing for passage.
Democratic Senator Sherrod Brown says using 4% of the $700-billion Wall Street bailout money to help keep the struggling industry afloat is a small price to pay considering the consequences of not acting.
